Orlando has worked for manufacturing companies not only as a safety professional, but as a Six Sigma Green Belt in which he incorporated these tools to improve companies’ safety procedures and plans.
As a Hispanic and fluent in Spanish, Orlando recognizes a company’s need to communicate with their changing workforce. He believes that to be effective, it’s not only being able to communicate in their language, but to also understand their culture.
